Heartland Swim Association provides the most comprehensive swimming program in the San Diego area, with programs which cover all aspects of competitive swimming. Our full-time staff of professional coaches train swimmers that range in ability from the beginning competitive swimmer to National qualifiers.
For thirty-five years, as a non-profit organization, Heartland has provided enriching programs for area youth. Heartland operates year-round with programs that reach more than 800 swimmers annually.
- No prior competitive experience is necessary
- Water test of swimming two lengths of a 25-yard pool
- Each swimmer is placed in a group matching their age and skill level
- All levels receive professional training and instruction
- All pools are heated year-round to a comfortable 80 degrees

Senior Team with Coach Pat- for advanced high school swimmers
Senior Development- at Grossmont High School with Coach Doug- for intermediate high school swimmers
Junior Gold Team at El Cajon Valley High School with Coach Steena and Coach Cameron for swimmers ages 12 and under.
Gold Team- at El Cajon Valley High School with Coach Kevin- for middle school age swimmers.
